When you are affected by anger or pressure, take a deep breath. Taking a deep breath and willing your tension away is one good method.
You can also try just walking away. Walk away to someone where there is nature or where you are alone. It may help you.

We all suffer from a lifetime of emotional hurts. They have molded and shaped who we are today. Sometimes they haunt us. But now that we have learned life's lessons, we can safely release past hurts.
Time never heals emotional pain. Why? Emotional pain sticks to us like glue. No matter how hard we try to think it away or shake it off, it clings to us. Research has discovered that our emotions are not stored in our brains where we can think them away. You've already discovered this.
Our whole emotional history is stored in the energy of our heart. You experience this as a broken heart, a grieving heart, a heavy heart, a peaceful heart, a joyous heart, a loving heart.
Now you can easily release existing emotional pain forever. During Emotional Release Therapy, you release your past and present emotional pain into a hand on your sternum. You feel it and let it go forever. Inner peace and happiness replace it.
In minutes, it removes the emotional trauma of children, making it possible for them to learn up to their normal potential and to behave normally
It can restore broken relationships by removing past hurt, permitting a fresh start and love to merge once more
It can restore your physical health. New research data on the effects of the mind on the body indicates that emotional pain directly affects recovery from cancer, heart disease, colds, migraine headaches, asthma, ulcers, chronic fatigue and back pain. When you are emotionally at peace, your immune system goes into overdrive to help you get well.
Emotional Release Therapy is a new discovery. It does what has never before been possible. You may not fully understand it, but then you do not understand how a MRI works either. Both an MRI and ERT can contribute to your health. If something might help us, we usually use it.

Breath!
Really, one of the best ways to relax is to breath in deep and exhale slowly. do it 10 times and see what happends, it also works if your nervious.
Another way is just to do something you love to do or workout.
