Unique Business ideas

I think business can only be started when you have a complete knowledge of something and you are able to convince people about your idea....because its not difficult to start a business but to convince others to accept it.....so it should be something which you are perfect at...as far as ideas are concerned it could be anything in todays time... I just thought of making a place where people can be at peace when they get frustrated by life...burn out a lot doing many things...may be a lot of family pressure like wife kids n all....it would not be a hospital thing...not a disco theque either....but something where everybody have their own space and if he chooses to be alone then nobody could disturb him but at the same time would be able to meet new friends totally unknown to each other if he wishes to.... and yes the place has to be on the SEA SHORE....tell me if u likd it or didnt like it....anything ???
