Itching is a sign of an allergic reaction. It is also a known allergic response to percocet. You need to call your doctor asap and let him know. In the meantime, until you reach him/her, please do not take anymore of the percocet. Hot and cold flashes are not a documented side effect of percocet but that does not mean it isn't unique to you. It also could be that you are coming down with something (cold, flu, etc.). I'm an R.N.
