Performance Reviews

I use to go in thinking the worse...lol I knew I did good that year but I figured if I think the worse then if it isn't a good one then I wouldn't feel so bad. Don't over dress. Dress like you would for a normal day of work. Have some ideas ready incase they ask you what your goals are for the following year. Think of what you could have done better incase they ask you that. Never rat out a fellow employee...lol

Just do your best. Follow dress code. Do what is expected. Give compliments to your boss. Work harder for them. Listen to direction. Be on time. Be prepared. Sometime it is based on you knowing your job. Stay on top of everything. Volunteer to take on more responsibility. Dress appropriate.
