PAXIL during PREGNANCY and birth defects

Hello, I am writing all of you in a quest to find some answers. I just now watched a tv commercial stating that if your child was born with a heart defect, and you were taking paxil you might have a case. Has anyone been threw this, or did this happen to your or anyone you know. If you know someone who's baby had pulmonary hypertension, they may have a case, of couse they would have had to take paxil too. My son was born with a near-fatal heart defect. He had a valve that was not closed. He is five now thank god, it was a miracle. Until today i never knew why this was, now i see that there are tons for babies that died, or have problems. Please let me know if you can relate or give advise THANKS
