There is a news article I found in the Houston Chroncile about job burn out. You can find it on my website www.goodnewsnow.com go to Business and Technology, it is titled Burnout...
The article suggests we need to feed our spirits. What does that mean to you? Do you suffer from burn out or have you? what did you do?
I like to make sure I allow time for things I love.

I have definitely suffered from job burnout in the past and even on my job now. I think it is partly due to having some sleeping problems and part of it is being overworked at my job. During my previous jobs, I got burned out and it led to depression and ended up leaving the jobs. I think we need to take breaks or take vacations to give ourselves a chance to refresh our minds and body. Exercising and eating healthy will help us as well.

by the time I retired I was so burned out from working in the envornment & the job that I really couldn't do any better than I was. But the building was also making me sick and between all that, I knew I couldn't also take on a hostile boss & bought the 4 years I needed to retire.
