india's economy benificial for poor s or not?

as we see that india's economy is growing at a very fast rate. this year also its growth is about 9.2%. as our industrial,per capita income is regularly growing but agriculture sector still low.why less importance are given to them. only concern are given to those sector where oppertuntes of more growth and not work for those area where scope is less.does economy growth only means to show the growth rate more then 8 to 9% all over importance to are not give?
