Is it their ability to anicipate your needs, is it their openness, willingness to listen...? What makes a nice person nice?

I guess a person is nice when his intentions are good towards other people around him. He can be nice in so many ways. He may nice because he wants to help people or be nice because he isnt selfish and think of other people's needs before his. He is nice when he thinks of the consequences of his action in regards to his family , friends or just people who might get affected. He is nice because he is willing to offer his help to anything.

Nice people are honest, trustworthy, and loyal. They are willing to listen and to give advice when asked for. They are generous with their time and their smiles. They do little things to brighten the day of others and are helpful. Nice people do not gossip and back-stab. They are the ones that you can depend on.

What makes a nice person nice their sincerity and honesty. There's nothing like an genuinely honest person in your life. I forget one other main ingredient to being a nice person, caring. One who is sincere, open and honest, and caring makes a nice person.

I guess what makes a person "nice" is how they treat other people. And I don't mean how they treat their friends--a person who is nice to their friends, but rude to everyone else wouldn't be considered "nice" in my book...To be considered nice to me, I think you have to automatically treat people with kindness, even strangers.
