Was/Is Jesus God?

I think this discussion is rather self-explanatory. Is or was Jesus God? Do you have Scriptural evidence? If so, what is it? You can't just say, "I believe that Jesus was/is God." If you do this you will get a negative rating. Expand on it. Why do you believe that (or not believe it)? What Scriptural evidences do you have? This should put a lot of people's noses in the Bible looking these things up. :)

Yes JESUS is LORD. The bible says that JESUS is LORD and every knee should bow and every tongue confess that JESUS is Lord. The bible also says that JESUS is the same yesterday, today, and forever more. Philipians 2:9-11 Hebrews 13:8 are references. Enjoy and be blessed. JESUS is LORD!!!!
