If you had a very big secret, one that if she/he knew right away before they got to know you would squash the relationship IE a crime, would you tell them right away or tell them that you have had a checkered past and you will tell them once they get to know you better over the phone.

yup secrets........i gues we all gotta have one.....or a dozen lol i got a whopper of one to but like you said not about to spill the beans on here....but actually i believe in total honesty and if my gf was to ask me somthin about somthin i would give her the honest truth no matter what the outcome cause if they really loved you or really were your friend they wouldnt judge you based on a secret regardless of what it was.......even murder ...well i dunno bout murder i guess if ya ever confess somthin like that to someone you can expect to be behind bars

very true. But if I have just met her hello, I know if I should tell her right away. She doesn't even know me yet. But I will have to think of this one.

Everyone do have their past, but the past is not important, what we should concern is what happen now and the future. No matter you meet a new friend or start a relationship with someone, you should not hide soemthing right away ,it is better to tell them directly and honestly.
If they really want to make friends or start a relationship with you, they will forgvie what you do in the past

i have a big secret but its not about crimes...its all about my personality which i can't tell anybody that knew me because it would somehow ruin my whole life totally.
