Spayed and Neutered

Are your pets spayed and neutered? Do you think that cities should make it law to prevent un wanted animals? I always had are pets fixed because I didn't want unwanted babies and I also think it's better for the animal not to go through the heat because of the strain on them espeacially if your not breeding the animal. What are your thoughts?

my dog is neutered. I feel that is responsible to do as a pet owner as i am not breeding him and dont want him going and inpregnanting a random dog and adding to the overpopulation of dogs. Also, un-neutered male dogs are so much more aggressive and hump things so much more... at least every one i have met has been that way... I do think there should be some sort of law to neuter and spay your pets...i mean have exceptions and stuff, but there are so many irresponsible pet owners out there that don't care if their dogs are going out adding to the problem.
