Protect our Children/Stop Predators

Hello! This is for is for people who want to protect their children by changing laws. If you have any ideas or suggestion on what we can do to stop these crimes against our kids.

I read a article and I wish I could remember what state they wanted to do this in. They were talking about making the predator use a green floresine license plate. I think that is a good idea. We need to protect our children against these sick people. Anything in my mind that let's us know who they are is a big plus.
