I would do just as my parents did. We were brought up to practice their religion. We were baptized, went to Sunday School and church, and then went to confirmation classes (Lutheran religion) until we were confirmed at 16. After that, we were given the choice of whether or not we wanted to go to church. By the time I was 16, I had a good spiritual base and exposure to formal religion. I stopped going to church when I was 17, but have recently become involved in the church again. I think that parents should exercise some authority when children are small, as children cannot be expected to make adult decisions. Once they are adults, they should have the right to continue in the faith they were brought up in or explore other options.

No, I wont force my kids. They will decide for themselves. Although I will teach them some of Jesus' teachings that they can understand easily.

I will teach them about my religion with them understanding that they can learn about other religions and make their own choice which religion is better for them. I don't think it is right to force a religion on a child. That is something that is too important and the child after they have all the information than should be allowed to chose for themselve. Or at least that is what I do. Everyone has to follow down their own path how they raise their child.
