Why is it that some doctors would rather lower their positions to a nurse?

Isn't it that being a doctor is a higher position to a nurse? But why is it that some prefers to be a "toxic" nurse with many endeavors.

It is all about malpractice insurance and the overhead cost. That is why you see more nurse practioners than Doctors these days. They have the same credentials and degrees as a Doctor but they work under a Doctor so they do not have to carry the insurance or pay the lease.

Well i think...their position is different...because nurse's job is to help doctor... but doctor also need nurse to help them
