journal, pamper yourself, paint your nails, go for a walk, call a friend, go online, watch a good movie, read a good book, take a nap, relax, meditate...

I love those too; Love em; I will like to add say a prayer, listen to music, dance, and take a good bubble bath. watch a sunset or sunrise. Peace.

1. Write
2. Reread your favorite book
3. Watch your favorite movie
4. Call your a long lost friend on the phone
5. Take yourself out to eat, even if you can't afford it
6. Make hang out plans
7. Window shop
8. Go to the library, get a new book or video
9. Play music and dance around the room
10. Take a nap

Some of these works for me.
1.) Play outside - I did that occassionally
2.) Exercise - I've been wanting to do this but have not done it yet
3.) Have a heart to hart - Didn't understand what you're trying to say
4.) Play pop music - Hearing it everyday
5.) Laughter - I like jokes and like to laugh
6.) Power of chocolate - Unfortunately I have to stop eating it, it makes me fat
7.) Draw - Umm yeah I probably do that sometimes
8.) Get a dog - I hate dog actually
9.) Breathe - Yes everyone breathing here
10.) Think positive - Yes I always do that

This is good, way to make ourself happy. You can something else too like giving or doing something good to others. If doing good to yourself doesnt make you happy anymore, then try do something good to others. Like pray for your sick friend, family etc, donate to charity, cook for your family etc. Giving makes you feel enlightening!
