How often do you actually go through your junk folder?

And how much junk do you get daily? On average.
I find myself checking my junk email on my hotmail account daily. But on my second account which I used to sign up for mylot and various other money making websites, I check it every week or two. It's ridiculous to be honest, I check my gmail account weekly or bi-weekly, and there's atleast 200 emails in there.. ALL junk! So I usually sort through them, see if there's anything worth looking at or keeping for future reference.
So, I ask.. how often do you really sort through your junk?ever find anything you might find useful, or interesting?

I always make sure to check the junk email folders in my hotmail and gmail every day because they tend to eat mail unless you mark it as not spam. I've got very very important emails marked as spam by Hotmail but gmail isn't so bad.

I used to do that with my gmail account, but I got aggrivated and bored so I just leave it until I have the energy.. As for my hotmail, I check it every day 'cause it's my main account. And I see the little number beside "junk mail" in my inbox.

I have 6 email ids and check all of them everyday. After I'm done reading through the mails in my inbox I check the Bulk/Spam folder. Very often the regular mails land up with the junk. It makes sense to give the mails in the bulk folder a quick glance. I check everyday and empty the folder once I'm done. I too get a lot of junk mail in a day. It's annoying at times! I also have a good laugh when browsing through the junk, I win a lot of money, free plane tickets, HD tv, someone is inviting me to view their pictures, you name it..LOL

Yahoo does a great job putting the junk in my spam box. I check my email every day. I delete my junk folder once a week. I don't even waste time to check see what is in there. I just delete.

i always check my junk folder coz sometimes the mail that i am waiting for is in that folder so i have to check it out.

For a while I was getting alot of junk into my normal folder, so I made it so that nothing was approved. Now I have sorted through emails and made the regulars accepted again, but always check the junk folder just in case there is a missing contact that suddenly emails me. I do this on a daily basis, and most of it is junk junk, but some is decent junk..astrological forecasts etc.

I "controlled" most of my mails. Any uninvited mails automatically go the the junk folder. Of course, there are some mails that manage to get into my inbox. I just deleted it. I tend to ignore both the junk and trash folders. At times, when I have nothing better to do, and feel like getting rid of garbage, I will just empty the both the junk and trash folder.

well at first i checked it every day believe it or not:)
but today i usually empty it without checking
if i decide to check it it will be once in a month or so..
usually my junk mail contains junk..and because i am not a u.s. citizen and many presents that are offered are not really addressed to my..i usually empty my junk mail without looking at it

I generally check it once in a week and sort all kind of stuff in it. I just clean out the unwanted junk mails and save the ones which i think i may have to see later. So i usually check it once a week, i dont delete anything without checking once.
