My daughter (21)has a skin problem due to sun-damage.She has dry skin but don't have digestion and any blood related problems. Many times she has to go outside for job related activities.
She wants a herbal treatment for protection from sun damage.

The sun's rays, which are called ultraviolet A and ultraviolet B rays (UVA and UVB rays) damage your skin. This leads to early wrinkles, skin cancer and other skin problems. You need to protect yourself from the sun for health reasons. A daily mosturizer with broad spectrum SPF 15 or higher protects you from casual exposure. Avoid the midday sun as much as possible. Damaging ultraviolet (UV) rays are most dangerous from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Apply a sunscreen with a Sun Protection Factor (SPF) of at least 15 to all exposed areas of the body. Wear clothing that covers the body and shades the face.

Have you tried Kombucha Tea?
I have written about it in myLot in response to another query.I have been drinking this tea for the last 10 years and it has cured me of a skin condition that persisted for 7years.The effects were miraculous.
see my lens on this subject in Squidoo.com under rukku9.you will get reference to other sites on the subject in my lense.
this tea has several benefits but the maximum i feel is on skin related problems.
Before using please educate yourself on the suject fully from the Net itself.
all the best.
