Raising Bi Racial Children

Hello ! I have a five month old bi racial daughter. I loved my daughter so much. She is my first. My husband and i discuss how we will raise her. We don't want her to identify with one race over the other. She is both and we want her to identify with herself . We want her to grow up not having to choose. Have u faced any challenges raising a bi racial child?

i have 10 bi racial neices and nephews and i love them all to pieces they are the sweetest kids but my oldest comes home from school upset sometimes because some of the kids make fun of him i feel horrible for him my mom is raising him and she has gone to the school several times raising hell over it and she explains to him that there is nothing wrong with him some kids are just mean and arent raised any better than that
