How do you sell yourself?

when applying for a job and being in an interview, we have to show the interviewer that we are smart, quick to respond and assertive. we have to show them that we possess the qualities that are needed for that position. we have to present ourselves as someone who can be depended upon and can be an asset to the company. first impressions usually last so make a positive one out of your interviews and probably you'll be able to get that job.

In one of my previous experience on a panel interview, I just stated my qualification and my capabilities as a individual and my thorough knowledge on the specified job. I further tell them that I am more an asset rather than a liability for I can work under minimal supervision and a real team player, took iniative on a certain circumstances and willing to stay on long working hours for the accomplishment of my work. Will you hire me then? lol!!!
