Files can be deleted by pressing the delete button but not all files can be simply delete by delete button some files like system files and files currently in use by your operating system can be deleted by reformating you hardisk.

In general deleting from Recycle Bin will delete the file
from HDD.But far more security erase the drive with Hard
wiping utility if want give it someone.

some files cannot be deleted just by pressing the delete button, if you want to erase all the files, try reformatting your hard disk.

the only way u can remove a file off ur hard disk is by reformatting ur hard disk
