Do you religiously take your vitamins?

Vitamins as we know act as supplement to our daily diet. It is supposed to help us out but somehow we tend to just dismiss it. Do you take your vitamins religiously? or you just forget about it and take it only when you feel like taking it? What are the vitamins that you are taking?

I take my vitamin C when I remember. :P
But nowadays there are reports saying that vits are no good at all. "Experts" say all kinds of conflicting things over the years that I am so sick already. *roll eyes*

I'm taking vitamin c myself. I feel that it shields me from common sickness like colds and cough.

yes i dontake myvitamins regularly since i have anemia. i take iron, vit e sometimes, b complex.

Vitamin B complex is good specially if you are very active. Iron is essential for anemics I believe.

when weather changes ... our immune system goes down and vitamins would help fight this off.

I take a multivitamin everyday. It's easy for me because I have other medicines I have to take as well, so I just put my vitamins in the same place as those and then I never forget them.
I eat pretty healthy these days, so I don't take any other extra vitamins. My multivitamin is pretty strong, and it has most of what I need in it anyway. Once I ran out and didn't get more right away, and I got sick very easily, so I know it does something for me. Now I never miss it! =p

I don' take vitamins religiously. I only take them when I have flu or when I remember them. he only vitamin I take is ascorbic acid. But I am religious in taking my birth control pills as I don't like to bring life in this world when I am not yet ready.

Yes, I do take vitamins. I take a great Arbonne supplement with Omega-3, Vitamins A, D and E, because I know I don't get enough of those in my diet. I also take an iron and calcium supplement, because, again, I don't get enough of those. And I take some herbal supplements. Mostly echinacea for my immune system.

yes i do take vitamin supplements every morning & some before bedtime . . . like multivitamins & calcium after breakfast then a capsule of Vit. E before sleeping. even if we are keeping a healthy diet , to make sure that other minerals be supplied to our body we should take supplements then .

i dnt take any substitute medicine,capsule or tablet.i wud rather prefer gettin vitamins from fruits n vegetables.Actually dont see a reason as im really healthy and doctors says i dnt need extra suppliment.Eat a bal diet n even u will nt have to eat supliments

i take my vitamins everyday. I take whatmy doctor tells me to take. Right now it is a mutivitamin/mineral, a vitamin d, and fish oil for omega 3. i think it is important to have a blood analysis before taking suplements. A lot of people will read about this and that that is supposed to be good for you. Maybe you are not supposed to take it anyways - what if you have too much of that specific vitamin or mineral? Havning too high levels may be just as bad as too low somtimes.

I take 2 vitamins....Centrum and Caltrate. I use to be really good about taking them both each day. I kept them in the kitchen so I would remember. Well we recently renovated our kitchen and I put my vitamins in the bathroom cabinet. Ever since then I keep forgetting to take them! I need them right in front of my face everyday to remember them. Guess it's time to move them back into the kitchen!

I take vitamin c faithfully, 1000mli's for two weeks straight every two months. I have barely suffered from anything besides stree over the past 12 years( Thats when I started the regimen )since then no antibiotics for anything ever. C is very important , also fish oil for metabolistic reasons also improves
