How do you handle your ego?

If you are not able to control your ego means this is a demerit of you and might have , and even may cause so many bad events in the life. This normally happens when somebody overestimates himself and treats others little inferior. Kindly do not mind my language and the sentence but I am telling you the truth in life. You can make yourself change your bad habit and can keep your head cool all the time. When you feel something which you don't like or say hurting your heart then you just keep quite and try to forget the matter.
