Abusive info seeker?

I had an info seeker ask me if I was black. I refused to answer, trying to stick to the search, but he started calling me names. I reprted it as abusive, but I really want to see how I am supposed to handle it. How do you handle abusive infoseekers?

that is horrible.why would they even care what race you were it has nothing to do with you helping them. Sorry that happened to you.

You handled it exactly as you should have. The same thing happens to me all the time too and I handle it the same way. I just keep telling myself that eventually they'll probably just get bored and find some other place to bug people! :)

I've tried reporting searches as "abusive"....They just keep coming back. Now I just say a bunch of dumb stuff & then say "bye" & close. They can't rate you without you sending results.

As soon as they start name calling, I hit abuse. There is no reason to sit there and let someone act like that to us over the internet. You also did the right thing by refusing to answer. We are there to guide searches, not get personal with the info seekers.
