Do you find sorry as a humble gesture? Or maybe a word that has long been abused

Some would feel flattered or say more honored when they would hear someone told them sorry for a wrongdoing. Yes, sorry is indeed muct be basic for our good values, when you step on the first grade pleasantries and how be humble enough to make amends for yourself when you've done sumthing unpleasant. Ye, sometimes i cannot help myself but to be sadden by how sorry nowadays has been used. Sorry as the so0ng say is the hardest word to say, yest its true coz sorry may mean your humility but above all it would also shows how irresponsible one could get, how careless one is. Now most of us use sorry to appease the feeling of somebody we get hurt but not on the true essence of it.. coz for all we know today we say sorry but tommorrow here we are again doing the same thing. now are you really saying sorry as what it means or maybe to please someone or to satisfy someone's ego?
I need your analytical answer on this matter.. coz for now I lost the enjoyment of hearing how sorry is somebody and finjd it hard to believe that indeed he is sorry..thanks

Every sorry has its own reason to individual who are saying it.Me,i never say sorry if i dont mean it & if i know that i am going to do it again and again. But there are instances that i really say so by hurting their feelings & to gain their trust and respect that i need to get back & which i know i worth it.
