Made his First Ton in ODIs against AUS in Kolombo, he made 110 in 1994. His ODI highest score is 186 against New Zealand and in Tests 241 not out against AUS. His best ODI bowling figures: 5-40 against AUS odd runs and in Tests 3-30 odd runs Against AUS. Till now he made 41 Tons in ODIs and 35 Tons in Tests, 76 Half centuries in ODIs and 40 odd Half centuries in Tests. He has Most Man of the matches in ODIs than any one else has. He made so far over 14000 runs in ODIs and over 10000 runs in Tests, at the end of his career he will score over 30000 runs in both forms of cricket.
