when dravid was wicket keeper india has chance to put extra batsmen and they even were succesful but problem was that dravid was a good wicketkeeper but of great quality specially against spinners like kumble and harbhajan . dhoni has removed this problem .he is a destructive batsmen and a good keeper .india has today in their world cup 4 wicket keepers dhoni ,kartik ,dravid and utthapa

team is stable more when dhoni is played as a keeper. he is a best batsman too....

Certainly indian team is more balanced now as dhoni is used to keeping wickets from ther time he started playubg criket and so is natural keeper. And his keeping is much better than dravid who was literally forced to keep wickets as ganguly wnated to play seven batsmen and dravid was not natural keeper but to his credit dravid kept wickets in the intersts of the team that show what a good team player he is. Dhoni is safe keeper and has doing well with gloves besides he is destructive and reliable batsman and is curretnly no2 in ICC ODI rankings of batsmen.

Dhoni is definitely a better option as he is a professional wicket keeper while being a useful batsman at the end. Dravis used to do wicket keeping as chore and that usually shows on the quality.

I think that Dhoni has brought in a balance to the team as he a much better keeper than Dravid (Dravid used to give my byes which Dhoni now prevents giving to the opponents) and I also think that Dhoni anyways should have made it to the team for his batting abilities only. Now that he is wicketkeeping as well, he makes India a team whitch is much more balanced than when Dravid used to keep.

Dhoni is a better batsman and wicket keeper than Dravid.... So Dhoni is the best option.

i sincerely think tat makin dhoni keepin the wickets is a great movee....fo the following reasons... --dravid is a good keeper but at crucial stages he drops a few catches...catches win matches...so i always recommend a pro wicket keeper --dravid already has enough pressure bestowed on him as the wall of the team n as a captain...keeping may put extra pressure on him.... --why hav questions when dhoni is performing well in both battin n keepin...
