But, some people do drink so social purposes. To meet new people, it sorta breaks the ice so to speak.

yes it really takes relations in trouble... as the person loses his control and can do anything in such situations... they say that they drink it to reduce their worries.... God knows they reduce or do they increase them.

Drinking is a waste of money.I dont like people who drink every day and night.A few drinks and they dont know what they are doing or saying.They drive and make a accident and innocent people get involved just because thet drinking.

i don't see a point in it. what does it do for you? nothing. it's just a waste of money and most of it dont even taste all that great. it's just a stupid way to look cool to other people that do drink.

moderation!sometime we need it to creat a dizzy feeling. i agree to have a drink in appropriate place with your family or good friends. it's a good to let you relax. don't drink too much!

no i don't get out very often, i have a child to look after. So id rather be at home with her than out clubbing. Plus i dont need no hangovers... lol

well, i'd have to weigh up the pros and cons~ the pros just seems to be a dependancy "to escape from acting like myself in order to do the things i wouldnt normally do on my own" ~ i'd rather improve my social skills and learn to be happy naturally,~~ and if i wanted to laugh, shout, cry, sleep, or throw up, i'd rather it would be 100% me. the cons seems to be pretty outrageous, and there's no reason to have a limit when you're in a place full of people who are drinking. therefore your only excuse for everything becomes "i was drunk"
