How many people would you trust to take care of your child, no questions asked?

Just wondering if you have any people in your life whom you could give an unqualified approval for looking after your child or children while you are at work, or if you became ill? Which people could you completely trust to always make responsible decisions in your absence?

I can't give to anyone a chance as my wife or my mother is enough to care for her in absence of me.

Is there a neighbor you know well enough to be sure they would make the correct decisions about caring for your child? How do you know which daycare service is safe?

Probably three. I know my sister would make the same decisions I would. I think I could trust my mom as well and of course my husband wouldn't make too bad of a pig's ear of it. I wouldn't want to trust anyone else with the full time responsibility but there would be another 2 friends that I would be ok with making run of the mill decisions using the judgement they thought I would want.

i guess i'd trust my parents to wacth my daughter and my grandparents. i also trust one of my friends sister. she is the only person i have watch my child other than family. she lives with her son and takes care of her granddaughter who is only a year younger than my daughter. she is great with her and she treats my daughter the same when they are together and doens't play favorites. i trust her with my daughter completely.

I trust my parent-in-law. They have been bringing my son back from school everyday, bathe for him, coach him school work. When I come back from home, he is always cheerful, although sometime tends to be naughty.

Well I can count the number on one hand. Maybe I am over protective, but I do not like to leave my kids with just anyone. I trust my mother and about 3 of my closest friends. If something were to happen to me and my hubby, I have a couple of friends I would trust to raise my boys. Well my mom too. It is a hard decision to make but one that does need to be made. God willing it does not have to come to that of course but, we should all be prepared just in case.

I don't have many that I trust like that. My parents of course. I have no close friends that live close to me. My best friend could without a doubt take care of my kids. She has 3 of her own. I trust her 100%.
