Texas police found a video of a pair of toddlers aged 2 & 5 encouged to smoke marijuana by their uncle and his friend aged 17 & 18 respectively. the toddlers have been taken from their mum and put in the care of child protective services. parents should be careful who they leave their children with. what's your opinion on this and what do you think should be done to those boys uncle and his friend.
