IKEA... do you know it??

I surely know this brand. We've got only one huge IKEA shopping center here in Israel, in the center of the country. If it were more close to our town, I think my husband and I would go there just to wander around and watch those interesting and unusual things. I've heard an opinion that IKEA is too simple, it's mass consumption goods. But I think if I had to furnish my house anew and if I had as much money as I want, I would buy furniture in IKEA!

Yeah, I was at an Ikea centre in Rome (Anagnina) some years ago. I bought some nice lamps there. I remember they were the first months I and my girlfriend used to stay together.

yes i know it, and i bought lots of things! unfortunately i have to go to Rome to visit it...

yes there is a huge ikea not too far from mine only about a 10 minute drive so it is easily accessable. I dont shop there much myself but my parents are always buying some sort of new lighting or chairs or pictures or something from there! oh and hotdogs. mmm

Yup, that is a pretty nice place to shop. We used to have 1 in Singapore but recently they opened another gigantic store. Things a pretty and relatively inexpensive.. but the queues are horrendously long. :P

I love IKEA. They always have some stupendous, tremendous deal. I recently bought a set of large kitchen knives that even came in their own butcher block for $2.99. Incredible! I've purchased furniture and other items from them for years. In fact we had the first IKEA in America in our area.....about 20 years ago.

I like their dishes and I have purchased rugs which I really have liked and they have held up really well, but I doubt I would buy furniture because I can do better buying well made furniture on sale at the department stores. Their furniture has a modern look and I like over stuffed furniture.

Yes, we have a lot of Ikea here. I like shopping in IKEA for house, decorations and accessories. Or just browsed around for some ideas. The price tags on their stuff isn't that expensive, either. I don't mind having Ikea stuff in my house because I do change my house decor often and sometimes they have practical stuff and easy mix match. By the way, we do visit Ikea alot for eating too. They have nice meals for less money.
