How can I clean the drum of my laser printer?

A few days ago I refilled my laser printer with new toner but when I restarted to print something I noticed some white vertical lines on the sheets. So I tried to clean my printer with the options of the printer driver but the situation didn't change so much. So I think I damaged my printer drum or I hope I only soiled that. So what can I use to clean my printer drum?

I found that when I spilt toner powder when refilling that I could never really clean it properly and had to buy a new cartridge. They are so expensive aren't they!

yes, they are very expensive, but you can save some money buying them on ebay.
