Does the iNtErNeT help or causes harm in studies?

same here...although i'm not a student since i'm already graduated. As a college junior instructor, internet became a great help for me...from building my english vocabulary through forums and discussions up to searching what are the latest trends bout hospitality industry for my lecture and demonstrations... i just love downloading games and sometimes it became too much which is also bad for me...

it depends upon person to person that how he uses the net. i always come in the second list because i spend too much time in playing chess and posting on mylot. so u can already guess how much internet is contributing too my studies n i'm a second year graduating student in computers

for me it helps rarely (once or twice in a year for project work) i use internet only for making friends.. and thus i use it for several hours which harms my studies !!
