Who Controls Your Actions...?

Who controls your actions? Do you think that you are in-charge or some higher powers control you. Do you do things you cannot explain or regret after? Do you think before you act or do you feel an inner force compelling you? Who is incharge in your life?

I am definitely the one in-charge of my life. I do sense something that may be prodding me to do or not to do something, but it is me who decides whether to heed or not to heed. I really believe that we have the free will but it's being influenced by a lot of things. At the end of the day we are the one responsible for our actions and attitude. We are miserable or unhappy or depressed because we allow ourselves to be so. The most that the 'higher powers' could do to you is nag at your conscience.
