I got upwards of about 20$ in my cashcrate account, and they decided to disable my password. This means I would have to start all over again. This didn't happen until I reached enough for payout. There customer service is a jip- they keep sebding me pre- written responses about cookies. I am so mad. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM

Sounds like cashcrate, I only did the 100% free ones but still u have to give a real phone, address & name. My first phone bill after joining them had over $50 of charges I never signed up for- my phone co said they'd seen more & more of this happening due to sites like cashcrate. Cashcrate support never responded when I told them. Happily my phone co said not to pay it, no problem. Interesting to see if I ever get paid for the $22 in offers that confirmed, I'll be shocked if I do! They mostly want everyone to refer other people into their scam!

I've never given CashCrate a dime & I've only ever completed 2 free offers.
If they were a scam, then why did they pay me so much money?
Check my CashCrate profile banner.

Sorry this happened to you. I can't imagine why. They've been around for more than 2 years and have over a million members now. I've been with them for 2 months or so and have been paid! Check my blog and you'll see proof of my check.

Ya. It seemed to be a scam only. Because when a site like cash crate, boasts of paying high amount and end up giving you few pennies, it frustrates you.

I came across this link as I typed in my search bar cashcrate scam to see if anybody else had a problem with them besides me.I had over $20.00 with them then today when I logged in there was only $1.00 in my account.I wrote them and all I got was the same automated message about how they were sorry for my frustration and blamed it on the "third party" advertizer. Two different emails with this same response, when I told them I do not want an automated response but that I want to know really why I got ripped off and when I should expect my payment for going through their site to do offers I still haven't recieved an email back from them.
They suck.

Being a member they sent me a check for the $11.40 I earned, ok so I'll say this I made about 20 bucks but they only paid me for the offers that went through, not to bad, but I'll keep the warning in mind for the future. Sorry you got scammed.

Thanks a lot for this warning. So many paid websites out there that turn out to be giving false promises huh? We should all be vigilant about these. Thanks for sharing your experience again.
