I've never noticed that to happen before. I did notice that you don't go up in numbers for starting discussions though. Maybe that has something to do with it?

i too have noticed that when u post a discussion it isn't added up in ur activity points until u get one or two responses to ur discussion. but i wasn't posting but was only replying to someone else's discussion, that way it should have increased my activity points instantly and it just didn't!!:(

It could be an update issue also. They update around the same time so maybe it's changed by now if not soon. Thanks for the discussion also.

It's possible that when you submit your response to a discussion or started a new one, myLot removed a discussion you previously responded too because it violated the terms of service or other posted guideline in some way. Your new posting and the deletion of a post would have wound up as a wash which is why your rating did not change or increase.
