Toddlers smoking pot??

I just caught a bit of this on the radio about a video of to toddlers smoking pot. Where did this happen and I hope someone is in jail. Let me know

Im pretty sure they are in big trouble.. it was the uncle and a friend of the uncle I believe.. I think the kids are in the custody of child protective services.. I was watching the news and didnt catch much of it but I think they said the mother was sleeping at the time...

It was an uncle and a friend that did it. They found the video in a raid for suspected theft where the uncle was arrested. The video was discovered after the fact, and you can see it online.
