Noice reduction soft ware wich is better???

Noice is one of our problems in photos... what is the best recommended software for this problem...Neat Image, Noice Ninja etc...??? Because till now I don't know what to use... I still using noice reduction plug ins in Photoshop...

To avoid the noise, expose at the lowest possible ISO. When there's a need to reduce the digital noise, I find noise ninja better. I use the free plugin integrated with bibble (bibblelabs.com). I remove the noise during RAW processing.
