Two and four year old smoking drugs!!!!!

I was so shocked to see a video on cnn about the seventeen year old u8ncle filming his little nephews ages 2 and four smoking drugs! What is this world coming too?The two year old needed help doing it but the four year old was going solo! SHOCKING!

It is very sad and getting to be very popular. I think that the parents should lose there rights to be parents and thrown in jail..along with the uncle. Our school system is having alot of problems with this also and I still have to resort to the ways that all of the laws are changing so that the kids take control and the parents have no say so, cause they are not allowed to correct them or they are called in for being abusive,but that is a whole nother topic..

HUH? That is pathetic. I hope the person responsible for the kids has been hauled off to prison and the kids taken away from their care - they have no business bringing up children! That is one of the most irresponsible things I've heard in my life! What was the stupid 17 year old thinking too? My God, what is happening in the world?!
