Hi everyone! I am in a search for a new career right now, and will be going to several job interviews. Can you give me some good tips on how to make a great impression and land the job! Besides having alot of experience and training and things like that. What are some of the things that would really impress the interviewer. I know that asking good questions is definately a plus! Maybe what are some very good questions I could ask?? Please help!! I will be so grateful! :)

One of the key points in an interview is to know the company you are going to interview for. Research as much as you can and use that knowledge to let the interviewer know something about the company. Next, be yourself, everyone have assets and make sure yours are a good fit. You can go in and be a fake but if you get the job based on that, you will be found out and may lose your job or not be happy.
Make sure your dress to impress but don't over dress. Wear what fits for the vocation you are interviewing for.
Show interest in the job, think of some questions that relate to the job you are interviewing for. It's ok to ask about payscale but don't make it sound like that is all you care about.
Don't sound needy or desperate, make sure that you interviewing the employer also. Statements like " if I was to accept a postion with your company" makes it known that you have other options.
Just remember, the worse thing that can happen is you don't get the job, so don;t stress so bad that it messes up the interview.
Hope this helps and Good Luck!!
