Like many other people I was introduced to the habit by other children at scholl. I was confident at the time that it would never become addictive, which is a mistake that millions of others have also made.
I would not make a serious attempt to stop smoking now, but of course I do regret the fact of ever starting.

I started about 15 years ago I wish I hadn't but I only smoke about a half a pack to a pack a day. I don't smoke in the house or when I have kids in the car.
I smoke Marlboro's or Camel's depending on which is cheaper at the time

I am 60+ never smoked. When I was young had peers presure, but I manage to stand my grounds.
I you are intending to stop smoking, I guess you are. Then these questions should not come to your mind.
Question like, how can I stop smoking, can anyone who has stopped smoking can help me, should be your focus.

well, I am serious about quite smoking at least in the next two or three years, but when I want that to happen, I will find some way.
