"Manila! Manila! I keep coming back to Manila". So goes an ever-popular song in, of course, Manila, because it is a place where East meets West and people of all nations feel at home there. Manila is a fun city, a business city, a cultural city, a city which used to set the pace in all of Asia. But, sadly, it is now almost at the tailgate of Asian progress, far behind other Asian cities like Kuala Lumpur, etc. But its people keep on living life as happy as they could.
