How do you express yourself?

Everyone has his or her own way of expressing his or her own self. May it be through singing, dancing, or in anyway that you can express your feelings, opinions, observations, etc.
I, for one, express myself moslty in a form of writing. Though I'm not really a good writer, I find writing a very noble way of expressing one's ideas and feelings. I find it easier to write something about anything. Second to writing would be dancing. So, do we share the same interest in reference to how we can express our selves?

I usually express myself through writing poems and composing songs. Doing so eases the burden that I feel.

for me, having a diary to write on is sometimes the best remedy. it wont be barking things u dont wanna hear nor hurt u with not paying attention to you. it'll always be there to have your feelings blurted out. if diaries doesn't work, merely by writing it all on a piece of paper then shred it into bits would also make u feel better...at least i do...

I do agree with you. Different individuals have certain different ways through which thy express themselves. Like you, I find it much easier to express myself through writing. When I am starting to write, the words just seem to flow and before I know it, I have already finished writing. Though I am used to speaking in front of a crowd because I am a high school teacher, it's a whole lot different thing when I speak in front of others whom I do not know well because my tongue just seems to get twisted everytime.
Another avenue through which I express myself is by singing. It even serves another purpose: as a therapy. Because when I feel like the world's laid on my shoulders, I choose the songs with the highest songs and belt them out. Feels good everytime.

Expect a lot of yourself. Everyone has strengths and limitations. Everybody needs help sometimes. Express yourself: your ideas and feelings matter.

Well..I write, sing, draw & paint, my clothes also express me. And occasionally make-up..all of which tends to be original. I don't copy. I may take an idea and work it over as something completely new. As it happens..I seem to inadvertantly make it attention-grabbing..and with the clothes and make-up part its rarely ever my intention..I just get creative.
I don't know. Everyone's experiences are different, so inevitably the way we express ourselves is always different..or at least mostly or partly so. How they percieve things are different. So that's why it's usually, if you're expressing yourself..you CAN'T copy. Because..you're new, you've never been as you are at that moment in any other time. So everything's always going to be expressed with originality.
And to me, originality equals fantastic lol..it could be a downright terrible painting as long as it was original it's awesome to me lol.

Writing has also been one of the ways that I could express my ideas and feelings. However, I'm more into songwriting than writing per se. Music has already been my passion and I find it easier and fun to write a song. It's not only that you have written something but also you can sing with it too. When I write a song, i always have my best buddy with me which is my guitar. It helps me a lot easier to look for a wonderful tune to the lyrics that I write. :)
