JOBS, not enough money and being stuck!

Ok, I am a 20 year old female, I have a part time job, no car, too many bills, and NO WAY TO GET ANOTHER JOB! I have so many bills that just never get caught up. My job only pays me at the most 170.00 per week. My fiance lost his job and had to get another that was for 2 dollars less and hour, and like 10 hours a week less. I dont have a car so i rely on a friend to take me to the job i do have. So i cant get another job because i have no way there. basically im so stuck i cant even begin to explain. I have no way to buy a car cuz i cant afford it. To put it like this, my fiance turned down an 800 dollar car becuz we couldnt afford it... pretty bad huh... Does anyone know what i can possibly do to get some money sitting at home that isnt a scam and i dont have to pay for??
