who is better, TCS or CTS?

Recently in college,CTS is coming for first oncampus selection
instead of TCS....so please give me general information about both companies...who is better and why????

Salarywise CTS is better because TCS's salary is less compared to other companies but work is also less in TCS but in CTS it is more. If you join TCS, you will definitely get a chance to go to offshore for sure because they have a policy to send for a period offshore while CTS does not have such. I would suggest to try CTS first and gain some experience and then go for TCS.

I think TCS is better.
according to the standerd it has in industry.
