me!
I have used the L-Glutathione and also the Glutathione.
There is a bug difference. The Glutathione is actually scary, I was told to stop for 2 weeks after using it for 2 months because the seller said that my liver might get strained..
But I personally asked why, if the Glutahione is supposed to help my liver clean all the toxin away then why is it that I need to stop??
So I researched. Glutathione is an amino acid which is synthesized in the liver via biotransformation, IT CANNOT BE PRODUCED OUTSIDE A LIVING CELL, it is formed by bonded cystiene, Glutamic acid and glyciene molecules.
L-Glutathione is the Pre-cursors of glutahione, ti is not the glutathione itself, what's in it are the building blocks of glutathione and it is bonded inside the body, with L-Glutathione, there is no need to stop I have been taking it for 2.3 months now and it feels good.
I'm thankful to Protein Research because they have found a way to bond the pre-cursors of Glutathione into a pill.
Are you an Asian, Glutathione is popular as skin whitening in asian countries.
If you're hesitant try placing Providone (good outside the skin but is a toxin if engulfed) in water then mix the glutathione with it, I have tried 3 glutathione pills and there is no reaction, it should be able to flush the toxin away from the body. but I am pretty sure that the one I'm using now is very good.

It take months to be effective perhaps 3-4 months or so depending on your metabolism. To be more effective take vit. c 2x a day w/ l glutha before meals. It also prevents pimples that's the best part that I want. If you're worried about overdose or any side effects there have been no reports in their lit. and if there any side effects it's your skin becoming lighter.
