Ok I wouldn't say it would make you thin ... but it might enable you to put on less weight than if you eat at mac donald's or burger king for instance Plus it would depend on which sandwich you would eat at Subway, because they are not all low-fat
If you are thinking about starting a diet don't count on any type of restaurant to help you ... eating out is the hardest way to lose weight unless you only eat the salads and without the sauce - most of the time the dressing they give with the salad is packed up with fat! and ruins it all -
You need to lose weight but need to eat on the go ?
Make your own sandwiches ... avoid mayonnaise, instead spread mustard on one slice of bread, add a couple of lunchon meat slices, lettuce and add 1 sliced american cheese ... finish your meal with a banana ... it will tie you over

well for me its not where you eat it what you put inside your mouth. making you thin is watching and counting calories you put inside your mouth.
i love wendys, burger king and a lot of fast food chain but i am not fat. i think dont over eat is the secret.

I believe it could work. To lose wait you must burn more calories than you consume. or consume less claories than you burn in an average day. Therefore if you normally follow a diet that is high in calories and then switch to eating something with fewer calories you will lose weight. So, in my opinion it's not Subway, so much, that helps you lose weight, but the consumption of fewer calories. If Subway motivates a person to cut calories then they could be credited for a persons weightloss. Hope this helps! Is this a diet you're considering?
