does Sehwag deserve his place in the side?

I think sehwag with his past performance deserves place in Indian world cup squad.Besides his recent poor form ,he is one of the greatest openers india have ever created. He can definitely help India achieve its world cup dream.

Sehwag is getting to play

Yeah it is true on current form Sehwag didn't deserve to be in the indian team esp. as he has not scored anything worthwhile in last two seasons. And his form, attitude has been criticised but selectors went with Dravid and selected him on his match winning performances in the past. But now that he has been included in the team i don't think team management will make him sit on the bench as they have lot of faith in his experience and talent. But if he fails again against windies too, then India should open with Sourav and utthapa in the world cup and then i don't see place for sehwag in the side esp. in group matches.

SEHWAG - waste of time talking about him.............

if sehwag does not perform well in the world cup then it should be over for him.not only sehwag,same should be the case 4 pathan.i mean they r not coming out of the lean patch and 4 how long we have 2 wait 4 their form?

Ya.... viru is a match winner and i certainly back dravid for keeping him in the team but not for his batting skills but for his bowling skills... I just think what will be the future as batsman r getting place in the team for there bowling(sehwag),bowlers for there batting(pathan) and keepers for there batting(kartik) skills..... Strange na??
