How to increase the web traffic to a blog?

I am now sick and tired of my blog, which very few people seem to read. Can you please suggest good ways to increase traffic to a blog?

you can link exchange with me and i am going to set up a blog review and dojust that review blogs!!! Soi sent you a friend's request ..so we can exchange and i am fairly new to blogging so as i do things i will advise you too..as i amlearning from others here myself..
