Even if we do not have trouble sleeping, there may be some times when, for no reason at all, we find it hard to fall asleep. What would you do if this happens to you? For me, I would just read a book. If I don't fall asleep, I'd still enjoy the book :). But if the book is boring, well, it will put me to sleep in no time!

I used to have one of those of days however I turned and tossed, sleeping seems deluding me. I will read some stuff, surf the computer and my number one and tested surefire cure is cleaning my house. In fact, I just did it last night. From top to bottom...and my house had never been this clean...swellll

It would depend on whether you *need* to sleep or not. If you *need* to sleep, then you have no choice.. I would just keep on trying to sleep. Otherwise, I might get up, read a book, switch on the TV, or even switch on my 'puter and starting chatting! :P

You're right about the *need* or not :). If you don't need to sleep, you might as well make use of the time :).

I sometimes having trouble sleeping too. But everytime it happens same as you did I also read books, magazines and even brochures anything as long as it's readable. I just make my eyes tired then after 3o mins or more I'm sleepy. Another is sometimes I handwash 10 or more pieces of clothes then for sure after that I can sleep well coz I'm so tired washing!! hehehe!!!
