140 grams of strong bread flour
5 fluid ounces of warm water
1 tsp dried yeast
pinch of salt
2 tbsp olive oil
1) Mix the yeast and water together
2) Add the salt to the flour and make a well in the middle.
3) Add the water mixture and olive oil and mix well.
4) Turn out onto a floured surfaced and knead- its a little messy! Add more flour if the mix is too wet.
5) Put back in the bowl and leave in a warm place (i put mine on the radiator) for at least half an hour to rise.
6) Once risen, turn out and knead again for about 3 mins. Then roll out into a thin base and put onto a baking tray.
7) Add any toppings you like, tinned tomatoes are better than tomato puree on the base. If you are adding onions/peppers etc, fry them off before.
8) Top with mozerella cheese, a twist of black pepper and some olive oil and back in the oven at gas 6 for about 20 minutes.
This is delicious. It tastes so much better than shop bought/takeaway. If you can make the base, they are better than shop bought bases. Really light and fluffy.

I don't kow if you are looking for a recipie for crust or toppings. My favorite toppings are Artichoke hearts and marinated chicken with LOTS ot Mozarella cheese. Or Spinach and feta cheese. But my father's favorite has sausage, peperoni, ham, ground beef, and chicken with mozarella cheese.
